Jeff Hensley

Owner, President


Jeff is a trusted business-to-business communication and planning advisor who has worked with clients to collaboratively design and embed institution-changing strategic business planning and communication functions in a variety of manufacturing, capital equipment, retailing, entertainment, agriculture, food processing, government, political and technology categories. He has successfully guided communications to commercialize NASA/JPL/CalTech technology and facilitated strategic development initiatives by multi-national commercial clients, California agriculture marketing orders, statewide community-benefit organizations and regional economic development clients to address dramatically altered marketplace dynamics by successfully reinventing their communication standards and performance cultures.


He is a founder of the regional chapter of the Public Relations Society of America (PRSA) and was

or is serving on the boards of PrideStaff, Community Media Access Collaborative, Fresno County Workforce Investment Board, Fresno-Clovis Public, Educational and Government Access JPA, Tree Fresno, Community Food Bank, Scrip Advantage, Farewell Nationwide Funeral Service, SeniorNet, the Center For Multicultural Collaboration, and the Clovis TC3 technology infrastructure group.

Digital Director


Monica has been responsible for software marketing campaigns, market research and integrated marketing efforts in both client and agency management roles. She possesses deep experience in digital communication programs, including complex website development, social media initiatives and the development and implementation of Marketing Automation strategies. She is responsible for message integration across platforms, analytics and scoring, and selected vendor relationships.

Rachel Acton

Graphic Designer


Rachel has over twenty years’ experience in developing engaging and innovative digital and print designs for clients in broad range of industries. Highly adept at visual strategy, layout development, branding, and print and new media advertising. Demonstrated success working in collaborative environments and providing leadership to design teams to conceptualize and execute effective marketing collateral. We help achieve business development and business growth goals through graphics and strategies.







Patricia Browns

Financial Officer


Pat is an experienced project manager with a background in construction accounting and small business financial management, a perfect combination in her split roles as financial officer overseeing budgets and office manager.  With more than 20 years of experience at Hensley Associates, Pat also has organized Hensley Associates’ public service programs, works with a variety of public benefit organizations in that capacity, and is actively engaged with many community service strategic planning, marketing, and communication projects.  She is committed to the area of children’s health and welfare, and currently serves on the board of Promesa Behavioral Health.
