Creating Strategic

Communications ---------

Welcome to Hensley Associates, an independent, creatively focused B2B communication agency.

WHAT WE DO BEST

We work closely with clients, acting as their internal marketing department, to define differences that matter and develop strategic positioning and inventive integrated messaging programs. We help clients build and sustain productive relationships with the marketplace and their customers.

We believe that when fundamentally rock-solid strategy and innovative messaging ideas meet with tactical insight, clients build sustainable strategic trajectories that alter their competitive space, sell their products and build their brand.

Fundamentally, it's rock-solid strategy applied with tactical flexibility to address ever-changing environments that lets clients sell products and build brands.

  • CORE COMPETENCIES

    Core Competencies

The delivery meaningful value requires levels of core competency that help clients to address their marketing and communication issues simply, efficiently and profoundly. We define meaningful differences that matter with the following basic personal aptitudes, professional skills and institutional competencies:

    Marketing Knowledge. Communication Focus.

Inventive application of emerging market knowledge, fundamental marketing principles and proven communication processes.

    Responsible Commitments. Trustworthy Relationships.

Understanding, anticipating and responding to both customer and market needs – known, unknown and those on the verge of emerging – support a rigorous focus on outcomes and the long-term relationships they build.

    Smart System. Lean Enterprise.

Efficient use of assets with excellent management skills, short cycle times and accountable results.

  • METHODOLOGIES

    Methodologies

Hensley Associates offers early market insight, designs from fundamental marketing principles, and works with proven traditional and emerging new communication processes.

In today’s rapidly changing business environments, research shows that even as we are emerging from a major downturn, decision makers and their influencers remain concerned about future trajectories and are more distrustful of brand promises than at any time in recent memory.

And, on top of that, the fundamental process we are all now using to determine VALUE – in our  personal lives and professional roles - is also more complex.  Instead of just judging quality and cost, long-term social trends research reveals that we - as retail consumers and as B2B buyers - are now managing change and uncertainty by balancing three additional factors when evaluating goods and services:

    Time

    Stress

    Risk

Whether it is capital equipment or support services, value today is determined by individual and institutional calculations that balance the following elements:

    VALUE = Quality ÷ Cost ÷ Time ÷ Stress ÷ Risk

Hensley Associates places this value equation at the center of critical thinking for developing messaging directions and communication solutions that can move buyers and affect influencers.

  • ORGANIZATIONAL IMPACTS

    Organizational Impacts

While we work in the areas of strategic planning, marketing communications and sales support, we are proud of the many institutional impacts we’ve helped clients create:  refined company visions, the implementation of new operational disciplines, greater focus on communication accountability, and the adaptation of our issue-analysis processes more broadly in their organizations.
